We appreciate your support of Jill Schoelen’s work. Please note that all purchases made on this website are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items, including but not limited to:
• Digital music downloads
• Physical CDs or vinyl
• Merchandise (apparel, collectibles, signed items, etc.)
• Personalized or limited-edition products
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Exceptions
We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of customer error (e.g., ordering the wrong item or providing an incorrect shipping address).
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at https://jillschoelen.com/contact with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement if appropriate.
